Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 5 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.18 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, she has been harassed by the first accused/husband at the instigation of the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Further, it is submitted that the first accused was granted the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate Crl.side) for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused was already granted anticipatory bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in their event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate-I, Tirunelveli, and on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
