CRIME NO.393 OF 2016 ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl O.P.(MD) No.19119 of 2016 dated 04.10.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ARJUNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to comply with the present condition imposed till 15.11.2016 and thereafter, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on all Sundays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 07/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
