The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that one Tmt.Sahaya Inidha had lodged a complaint against the petitioner herein as there is a money dispute between them and based on the same, C.S.R.No.224 of 2019 has been issued and thereafter, enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed on 04.05.2019 and as on date no case is pending against the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ herein.
