ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to Respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to conduct a survey of the petitioner's property situated in Survey Nos. 616 and 617/1D, Mottanuthu Village, Andipatti, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner's father had filed a suit for partition, which was decided in his favour. A preliminary decree was granted, and subsequently, a final decree was also passed. Thereafter, an execution petition was filed. The property presently belongs to the petitioner, who seeks to take possession and fence the property. Hence, the present Writ 2/5

Petition is filed seeking adequate police protection.

3. The respondents are directed to provide adequate police protection and implement the execution petition order in letter and spirit, allowing the petitioner to fence the property. In the event the 4th respondent is involved in any illegal activities, the police are directed to proceed further in accordance with law. It is submitted that the petitioner has already submitted an application to the Tahsildar seeking police protection to survey and fence the land. If the Tahsildar seeks police protection for this purpose, the respondent police are directed to provide the same.
