Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police once in month i.e., on first Saturday of at 10.30 am., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.11733/2016 and on 28/11/2016 in Crl.O.P.No.19823/2016 dated 14/10/2016 in Crime No.655/2015 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 1749/ 2017 :

To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police Once in month i.e., on first Saturday of at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.11732/2016 and on 28/11/2016 in Crl.O.P.No.18593/2016 dated 30/09/2016 in Crime No.655/2015 on the file of the Respondent police.

The Learned counsel for the petitioners is present.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police Submitted that the petitioners are complying with the modified conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition from 03.12.2016 onwards and investigation is pending.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
