3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that since the defacto complainant was absent, the case in S.T.C.No.761 of 2017 was dismissed by the trial Court under Section 256 of Cr.P.C and the case was acquitted. A status report to that effected was filed.

4. The status report from the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivangai, reveals that S.T.C.No.761 of 2017 complaint was dismissed under Section 256 of Cr.P.C. and the accused were acquitted. Hence, this 2/4
