Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MRS.S.PRABHA,Government Advocate, on behalf of the Respondent and the petitioner not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. She further submitted that charge sheet has been filed and the same was not taken on file.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Concerned Court on all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ hearings.

4.
