[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's daughter, by name, Reeta Victor, aged about 18 years and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she has married one Vijayaraj and both are now residing at Theni. She would further state that she is not willing to go with her mother, the petitioner herein.
