PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent no.1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioners property in T.S.No.2/1, Kottapattu Village, Trichirappalli East Taluk, Trichirappalli District based on the civil court decree in O.S.No. 683 of 2010 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Munsif, Trichirappalli by considering the petitioners representation dated 27.01.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent no.1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioners property in T.S.No.2/1, Kottapattu Village, Trichirappalli East Taluk, Trichirappalli District based on the civil court decree in O.S.No. 683 of 2010 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Munsif, Trichirappalli by considering the petitioners representation dated 27.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has given representation before the first and second respondents on 27.01.2022 and the same is still pending.

3. Inview of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing summons to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
