ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner is a senior citizen. He moved the Maintenance Tribunal. The Tribunal passed an order dated 28.09.2022. The petitioner has some grievance regarding the same. He has filed an appeal under Section 16 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The petitioner states the first respondent is yet to number the same. 3.The first respondent shall forthwith number the petition mentioned appeal and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the interested parties particularly the private respondents herein. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall pass final order within ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
