Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The ptitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1, 5,6 & 7 in Crime No.1169 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 IPC and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant, she and other persons have deposited in the cargo business run by the accused and they do not have any proof for such payment and hence, the accused cheated them. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the defacto complainant is a close relative of A1 and even as per the complaint, the defacto complainant has no proof for depositing the amount in the business of the accused. It is further submitted that A2, A3 and A4 were granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court, Trichirapalli in Crl.M.P.No.139 of 2015.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy and on each of them executing a bond for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
