ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to comply with the order passed in C.M.P.No.5586 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichirappalli. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to comply with the order passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ C.M.P.No.5586 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,

Trichirappalli, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, less, the Investigating Agency will be liable for all consequences.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
