ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.01.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner had sent the said representation by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due on 11.01.2022. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent, so far, did not receive any complaint lodged by the petitioner through RPAD.

3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a complaint in person before the second respondent. If any complaint is received from the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to deal with the complaint in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
