ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners 1 to 3 herein in connection with the complaint given by the defacto complaint on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint was preferred by the second respondent and the same is being enquired in current paper. He further submitted that summon was issued to both parties and a preliminary enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 20.01.2019. He added that the respondent police has not harassed the petitioners and he has no intention to harass him.

5. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for the present to adjudicate in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
