When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) drew my attention to the order dated 19.06.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.13733 of 2019. The said Writ Petition was filed by one, Radha Krishnan. The relief now sought in this Writ Petition was sought in that Writ Petition also. I, however, declined to grant the relief. W.P(MD)No.2297 of 2022 declined relief on the same set of facts, a fresh Writ Petition will not lie. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
