O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the appointment of the second respondent.

2. Though the impugned appointment order of the second respondent is not filed, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer to the effect that if a direction is issued to the respondents to furnish the appointment order of the second respondent enabling the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law, the petitioner would be satisfied.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the appointment order of the second respondent will be communicated to the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court, directs the first respondent to furnish the impugned selection process of the second respondent to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so as to enable the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly,, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition annexing the impugned order. No costs.
