under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973/Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to grant an order of arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterates the fact that the respondent-police altered the charges under Sections 61(2), 294, 196, 113(2)(b) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act r/w Sections 16, 18, 19, 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

3. In view of the same, Mr.V.Vijayendiran, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to move an application before the appropriate forum. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder: "Kindly permit to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition."

4.
