PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent, learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabapuram, vide his impugned preliminary order in A2/M.C.N0.32/2014 (i) dated 29.09.2014 and quash the same.

This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in A2/M.C.N0.32/2014 (i) dated 29.09.2014, on the file of the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabapuram.
