Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.VIVEKANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the above said fact the condition already imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioners have to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
