The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to registered and release the Document No.P53/2023, dated 18.04.2023, pending on the file of the 3rd respondent within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
