ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2014 which had been acknowledged by the second respondent in C.S.R.No.434 of 2014 dated 23.7.2014 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and the learned counsel for the intervenorand perused the records. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint of the Petitioner is closed as civil dispute.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
