ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to conduct a fair investigation and also file the final report in Crime Number 66 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 22.11.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
