The father of the minor girl before this Court seeking issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition, since his minor daughter found missing from 12.01.2023 and an information got, she has been kidnapped by the third respondent.
2.The second respondent police, based on the complaint given by the father of the detenu, on 23.01.2023, has secured the minor girl, who was with the Matheesh and his parents. Now, the girl has been sent to Muthukuvial Home, at Thoothukudi District. The second respondent states that only on 03.02.2023, the minor girl was secured and steps to conduct
medical examination and recording the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., are being taken and also they have to pursue to secure the boy, who is at large at present.
