ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the investigation of the case in Crime No.429 of 2017 on the file of 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent police and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that according to the petitioner the case has to be investigated by the Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell / third respondent herein.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent himself can investigate the matter.

5. Recording the said statement, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
