Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give the permission and police preotection for conducting on 16.02.2021 day of Naiyandimelam along with Sendamelam and palkudam and Car Festival at about 10.00A.M., on the same day evening Naiyandi Melam along with Sendamelam, Akkini Chatti, Vanavedikkai, Mulaippari, Procession the Gragam Car Veethi, and on the same day 10.00.P.M., Karakattam Programme, 17.02.2021 at about 12.00.A.M. Arulmigu Sri Muppidathiamman Procession Car Festival for the Arulmigu Sri Muppidathiamman Temple Situated at Sengottai Taluk, Vadakarai, Tenkasi District on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2021.

ORDER
By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
2. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) accepts notice for the respondents.
3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner was granted permission to conduct the Temple festival in Na.Ka.A2/100/2021, dated 25.01.2021. But, the petitioner was not given permission for Karagaattam and Sendamelam. Hence, the petitioner prays this Court that permission to be granted for Karagaattam and Sendamelam.
4. On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the respondents are ready to consider the grievance of the petitioner, if he files a fresh representation.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenkasi and on such representation, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenkasi, is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner on the same day, in accordance with law.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
