ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 5, not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry on the false complaint given by the 6th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents 2 to 5 are harassing the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioners on the file of the respondent police and the respondent police are neither harassing the petitioners nor interested in harassing the petitioners whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioners is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
