3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Madurai District, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.80 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
