ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis on the order in CMP.No.762 of 2019 dated 02.02.2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Pattukottai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on a private complaint filed by the petitioner, the Magistrate Court has referred the same to the concerned Police Station under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., and now complains that no case has been registered.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an action as per law would be taken within a week. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. This Court now directs the respondent police to take action on the complaint filed by the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
