ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.05.2022 from the file of the third respondent to some other agencies by considering his representation dated 28.11.2022 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper No.587 of 2022 and since there was no evidence for the occurrence, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 02.02.2023 NCC :
