This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.71 of 2010 pending on the file of the respondent before the jurisdictional magistrate viz., the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been charged on 15.03.2013 and returned on 18.08.2015 and the matter is pending.

4. The case is one involving the Land Grabbing Act. Since the Special Court constituted for Anti Land Grabbing Cases are stayed by the Supreme Court, the respondent police is now directed to file the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
