C.M.P.(MD) No.1605 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused in respect of the death of the Respondent No.1 in the civil revision petition.

2. C.M.P.(MD) No.1606 of 2020 is filed seeking to set aside the abatement caused in respect of the death of the Respondent No.1 in the civil revision petition.

3. C.M.P.(MD) No.1607 of 2020 is filed seeking to bring on record the Respondents No.5 to 7 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 and to implead them as Respondents No.5 to 7 in the civil revision petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No.2 to 4.

5. Having heard the respective counsels and on perusal of the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed along with these miscellaneous petitions, this Court is satisfied to allow these miscellaneous petitions in the interest of justice.

6. Accordingly, C.M.P.(MD) Nos.1605, 1606 and 1607 of 2020 are allowed.

7. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. 30.11.2023 ABR
