Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.PALANI RAJA, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7717 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 12165 of 2020 on 23.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.1149 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7717 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12165 of 2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
