2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and also as and when required.
