ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 28.01.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail. This is second pre-arrest bail application.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent-Police and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder:
