ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and her family members .

2. On the complaint lodged, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.3 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147,294(b),323,506(i) and 109 of IPC and no action has been taken by the respondent police,, hence the present petition has been filed by the petitioner for police protection.

3. Considering the above, second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 3 of 2022 and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
