PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.Not known of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under section 420 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court by the order dated 08.05.2019 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of two weeks with a condition that in the meanwhile the respondent shall either register a case or drop further action. Further it was ordered that once FIR is registered, the said order shall become infructuous and the petitioner has to apply afresh for anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the complaint is still pending at enquiry stage. Hence, this petition need not to be kept pending. The interim anticipatory bail already granted is extended till the registration of FIR.
