ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents 3 to 6, in order to grab the land of the petitioner, they are threatening the petitioner with dire consequences.

3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in C.S.R. No.33 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

4. In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of C.S.R.No.33 of 2021, based on findings and on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice and sufficient opportunity to the respondents 3 to 6.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
