2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 02.02.2017 onwards and the petitioner is charged under Section 307 inclusively and the investigation is still pending.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 03/03/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
