ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.Padhmavathy Devi, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent and M/S.N.Mohideen Basha, Advocate for R2 in both petitions, the Court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioners and the defacto complainant appeared in person and their identification were also verified by this Court, in addition to the confirmation of the identity of the parties by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) through the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that both parties have entered into compromise out of the Court and the petitioners are ready to donate Rs.15,000/- to BHARATHAN MUTHUKUMARASAMY PANCHAYAT PRIMARY SCHOOL, T.KALLUPATTI in favour of GOPALAKRISHNAN.R. SB.NO.1016101072796 IFSC Code:CNRB0001016, Canara Bank, Peraiyur, Madurai District.

3.The defacto complainant has no objection to quash the CC No.596 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 4.Considering the facts and submissions of the learned counsel for the petititioners, the petitioners/A1 to A6 are permitted to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the BHARATHAN MUTHUKUMARASAMY PANCHAYAT PRIMARY SCHOOL, T.KALLUPATTI in favour of GOPALAKRISHNAN.R SB.NO.1016101072796 IFSC Code: CNRB0001016, Canara Bank, Peraiyur, Madurai District. 5.Post this matter on 30.11.2016. The appearance of the parties is dispensed with.
