This Civil Revision Petition is directed against an order dated 03.01.2020 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.66 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Subordinate Judge, Eraniel. This application is filed for reopening the case for receiving the expert opinion. 2/4

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 5 to 9 that the main suit itself was disposed of by the learned trial Court on 05.04.2021. In view of the same, the relief sought in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
