PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.12/2020 from the file of learned Sub-Court at Pudhukottai to the file of the learned Sub Court at Madurai. O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.12/2020 now pending on the file of the SubCourt at Pudhukottai to the file of Sub Court at Madurai. The said H.M.O.P was filed by the respondent, who is the husband of the present petitioner seeking dissolution of marriage.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent did not offer any strong objection to the transfer of H.M.O.P.No.12/2020, now pending on the file of the Sub-Court at Pudhukottai to the file of Sub Court at Madurai.

4.Taking the above factors into consideration, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.12/2020, now pending on the file of the Sub-Court at Pudhukottai to the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai.

5.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.12/2020, now pending on the file of the Sub-Court at Pudhukottai is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai for disposal as per law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
