ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is an accused No.2 and he was arrested by the respondent police on 13.09.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 394 of IPC, in Crime No.276 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner and four others way laid one financier and robbed money from him. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that out of Rs.6,80,000/-, Rs.6,00,000/- was recovered from the accused. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- was recovered from the accused and the petitioner is in custody for the past 50 days, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
