[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Sessions Court, Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur, vide Judgment dated 21.05.2025 in Spl.S.C.No. 119 of 2023, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence , hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
