CRIME NO.72 OF 2003 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2408 of 2016 dated 21.03.2016 in M.P.No.1 of 2010 in Crl.RC(MD) No.125 of 2010 dated 04.03.2010 on the file of this Honble Court. Prayer in MP(MD). 1/ 2010 in CRL RC(MD).125/2010 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentence imposed against them in C.A.No.81/2009 dated 23/12/2009 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Madurai by conforming the sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Usilampatti in C.C.No.78/2004 dated 21/08/2009 and enlarge the petitioner on bail in pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SENGUTTUARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the fact that there is no adverse remarks in complying the present condition by the petitioner and also considering the period of condition complied by this petitioner, the earlier condition is totally relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. This Petition is ordered accordingly.
4. The Registry is directed to list the main case under the caption "final hearing" on 20.03.2017.
