ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to expedite the case in P.R.C.No.10 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, in Crime No.269 of 2014 under Sections 341, 307, 109 IPC @ 307, 326, 120(b) and 34 IPC on the file of the respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the accused No.1,2 and 4 are absconding.

4. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and he is waiting for justice since 2014. Therefore, it is important that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, splits up the case as per the procedure and commit the case atleast as regards those who are appearing before the Court.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
