ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as the sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 451, 324, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.242/2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.According to the de-facto complainant, the accused trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and abused her in filthy language and threatened her.
3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that both the defacto complainant and the Petitioner are relatives and due to wordy quarrel, false case has been foisted against the Petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the injured dicharged from the hospital.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner and defacto complainant are relatives and injured had already been discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned District Munsifcum-Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 6.
