ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of first respondent in Na.Ka.(A2) 2010 / 2019 dated 27.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to show cause to the notice issued under Section 107 Cr.P.C., thereupon, the Executive Magistrate is directed to take necessary enquiry and dispose of the matter strictly as per the settled legal process within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
