The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.32 of 2018. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2018 of District Crime Branch, Dindigul is completed and charge sheet is also made ready and sought two weeks time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the respondent is directed to file the final report in Crime No.32 of 2018 within a period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
