The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.4 of 2019. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the investigation in Crime No.04 of 2020 of Thuckalay Police Station is underway and sought three months time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the third respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
