ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging the violation of this Court's order in W.P(MD)No.22499 of 2024. Wherein this Court has directed the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Ltd to release the eligible amount of the Revision Petitioner based on his provident contribution.

2. In compliance of the said Court's order, the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Ltd has released a sum of Rs.4,36,00/- on various dates from 05.09.2024 to 20.04.2024. Recording the said fact this contempt petition stands closed.
